I hail from a family of renowned Vedic Astrologers, the Khatri family. My great grandfather and grandfather have been my source of inspiration since childhood. I am a fourth generation blue blood astrologer based in Kolkata. I have been practising Astrology and Vastu for over three decades and have a massive following.

Along with an extensive training under the stalwarts of astrology and a vast practical experience in Vedic Jyotish, I also use my education in counseling and psychotherapy while advising my clients.

Why Astrology as a Career ?

Earlier, I was an accountant and administrator in a leading private firm. During my tenure, I saw many a princes turning into paupers at one swift stroke of misfortune, and no one could help them because they were not fore-warned. Since I had a deep interest in Jyotish and Vastu, I studied a lot on theses subjects and arrived to a conclusion that it is possible to predict imminent danger, and by warning people beforehand, I may be able to save many families. This is the reason for my leaving a lucrative professional career and opting for Vedic Jyotish. I sincerely believe that fore-warned is fore-armed

A man equipped with a timely advice of a good astrologer can master his own destiny. During my 34 years of practice, I have helped save many lives out of disastrous situations. By choosing this pious field of work, I am able to earn an honourable livelihood while helping the society.

Qualification & Training

In 2004, I was awarded Master of Science (MS) with First Class in Counselling and Psychotherapy by The Institute for Psychotherapy and Management Sciences, Mumbai. Currently, I am a visiting guest lecturer in the Department of Architecture, Jadavpur University, Kolkata, and the joint-secretary of the National Body of The Institution of Vastu Sciences (India).

I have been honoured as the Living legend of Indian Astrology and Vastu by All India Federation of Astrologers' Societies, New Delhi.

My Abilities

I, first, carry out an in-depth analysis of all problems through Vedic Jyotish, Vastu, Counselling and Psychotherapy on different problems and then prescribe effective and practical remedial measures. I try to help inculcate a positive outlook in my clients, thereby helping them work out their problems in a constructive manner.

My Achievements

I have learned astrology under the aegis of great astrologers. I have acquired knowledge through extensive study of our ancient literature, and a vast practical experience. For my achievement in the field of Vedic Jyotish and Vastu, I have been conferred with the following awards and titles.

1. Pracharya - Awarded with the honour of Pracharya for my services in the field of Jyotish and Vaastu by All India Federation of Astrologers' Societies, New Delhi.

3. Chaitanya Award - The Institution of Vastu Science, Ghaziabad
4. Vastu Samrat - International Institute of Astrological Research and Indian Culture, Kolkata.
5. Vastu Ratna - College of Jyotirvidya & Astrological Society, Kolkata.
6. Vastu Shiromani - Asian College of Astrology, Kolkata.
7. Felicitated with Best Award of Michael Madhusudan Academy for achieving excellence in Traditional Indian Architecture.
8. Millennium Vastu Shastry - International Vastu Association, Mumbai.

Besides these, I was conferred with the following honours by the Astrological Research Project of Kolkata
